With regards to a Mid Wales(Brecon Area) meet, when I lived in the area a few years back it was full of large groups of bikers doing the Rhyader ring, and other routes at the w/ends and having the same unfotunate results Steve mentioned is happening in his area, been a while since I rode up there, 2004 I think so things maybe different now, good roads though.
