Thanks Popsky. Looks similar to the Wunderlich one but without the grills.
Not bad but I prefer the Schnitzer one.

The oil cooler position wouldn't make any difference to the belly pan, as it is mounted high enough away so as not to interfere with it.
The AC Schnitzer belly pan for the R1200R for example, is exactly the same one they list for the R1200S.
Whilst the two bikes are chalk and cheese in many ways, they do use exactly the same block, so mounting points would be in exactly the same place.
Also what do you mean by "the price difference of €150"

The Gimbel belly pan on German eBay is € 299 where as the one from motorrad saering in € 149

Look closely at the moulding for the oil cooler, don't you think that would look kind've odd on the 12s

Fair enough.
I didn't know who it was made by, hence I asked if anyone could read German.

I think I could live with the shaping around the oil cooler.
I might be inclined to to a bit of re-shaping which isn't hard with fibre glass.

It's the price I find attractive
