Very disappointing.
I was led to believe we were going to get a modern take on the R90S, as per the Sands concept build.
The price I read is 16,000 Euro's
I'd buy a used R1200R and kit it out thus. and end up spending half what this costs.

My mate of the time had a Super Dream, it holds no fond memories for me but at the same time I had a CB250 rs which was a great bike, but if I had this one I'd be happy
It looks so right !

I like this. It has the home brew look....built with what you have and not a catalogue queen. Makes you want to scour Ebay for a project....fire up the gas axe my man.

250 RS wasn't out when I had my wet dream - mate had a RS and it was a cracking bike

Yep had me Nightmare then but the RS came out a couple of months later and I couldn't wait - want bike - buy!! (in a slightly Neanderthal voice)

The "subframe" top rail has been lowered too. But the shock top mounting looks to be in the same place. Rear spring rate looks like it might be higher.
The RS was catalogue weight of 133kg. Stripped bare what will it be? 110kg? Suddenly the 27hp is looking quite useable. It's as good an incentive to go on a diet as I can think of. Hee Hee.
