I reckon £427.80 including VAT, but go for £5000 neat on part-ex on the K12S - your's in a nice example of an R11S. :D

Well, if they include the 'annual' service you wont get much change out of half a grand  depending on the labour rates. My local charges £65/hour, so thats at least £300 before parts and VAT then there's engine oil, gear and bevel box oil, air, oil and fuel filters, brake and clutch fluid, spark plugs and the other thing they will find and tell you needs replacing (there's always something).

D'oh... forgot the brake pads... always brake pads. £14.80 a side (+ VAT) for the genuine BMW cheese-flavoured jobbies. Good for an honest 6000 miles in the KRS's rear caliper!

Can't say what the bill is yet as my bike is still at the dealers, Due to the inbuilt corrosion factor (surprise surprise) parts of the rear caliper have seized and need replacing. Better have it sorted for Friday and my holidays!!!

I guess you guys have based your estimates on the excessive hourly rates you earn in the south. Not as bad as it might have been £342 for the service, Oils, Filters(inc fuel) plugs and cleaning front calipers. Rear caliper has been replaced under warranty (because I wanted the bike back ASAP for my holidays they stole a caliper from a new bike in the showroom) Roll on Sat teatime when I shall be sailing down the Humber and Sun morning heading off through Belgium.

Sounds nearly reasonable :)
Good of them to swap stuff off showroom stock - don't tell head office they tend to get their knickers in a twist about such things.
