Brigdestones Rule OK?
Finally got around to fitting and riding on the Bridgestones, replacing the ghastly Sportecs. All my handling joy has returned. The bike is quiet - no deafening hum from the front wheel, steering is beautifully neutral again, bike feels unshakeable in fast sweepers. Never darken my rims again, Metzeler.

Now, that's interesting!! I was wondering about the noise coming from the front. It starts around 30 and I suppose the wind noise drowns it out over 40.
I thought it may have been a wheel bearing. Even asked S*C to check it out. They took it for a test ride and also heard the noise but didn't think it was anything to worry about.
Are Sportecs renowned for being noisy?
