Boys - I need to get up to Excel tomorrow am, the big exhibition centre up near Canary warf - I'm on the GSA
The old GPS is sending me right through the smoke but I'd rather skirt south round the M25 and avoid the centre and the congestion charging zone
All ideas would be helpful ta

There isn't a congestion charging zone on a bike?!
I'd go straight through the middle too. You'll be putting about 30/40 miles on your journey by going round the MMMMMMM25 and then either M20 or M2 under the river at the Blackwall tunnel (A102) or over the river at Dartford crossing to A13 westbound.
Bailey.

Jason - as Bailey says. If you go the M25 route you will hit major traffic on the southern section from J7 (M23) right round past Clackett Lane services through to J5. Then you will hit traffic again at the South Orbital Roundabout where it meets the A2 as there is major roadworks there that affect all lanes through to the approach to the Dartford Tunnel. Although you could filter all this lot its probably easier to go straight through the middle. Hope this all helps the decision process.
