they are a nice bunch on the forum, as long as you don't mind people taking the michael on regular occasions. and if your bike is blue, they'll claim that you're from wales
however, as i think PB will confirm, they know their blackbirds, and all very willing to give advise. ditto John.
Shit
I wish you never gave me the link to the blackbird goodies site. This is supposed to be a cheap winter hack kinda bike!

ah - but if you go there for a service (i'm not mechanically minded so wouldn't trust myself working on a 180mph bike!), you can save a packet, and you know that the bike has been done properly, because you help john do it my 28k service cost me £30. The major service (16k) was £220 or so, as opposed to £450 at my local dealer.
Bike has just over 11000 on it.I will be giving it new oil, plugs, air filter and sorting the brakes.New pads and fluid all around.Still on original brake pads and chain and sprockets.Chain and sprockets are in good condition, brakes i,m doing for piece of mind.
I,m perfectly happy working on a 180mph motorcycle!
What could possibly go wrong!
