Hi Andy,
I have some on my 1200S (doppelganger in Boxerpix) which I bought from Hornig in Germany. Put simply its some mesh that YOU form around the openings and hold in place with silicone sealer. I was'nt too happy at first but they do look OK once fitted and the fairing is back in place.
HTH Peter.
EURO 24-90 plus post.

Hi
Got some from here:
http://www.bmwbikebits.com/
Cost £51 incl delivery (delivery took about one week) a bit expensive, but worth it. This is the Wunderlich item and bolts on behind the front fairing. is solid, rivetted & adjustable and looks very good when fitted, better in fact, than the Wunderlich items I had fitted to my 1100S.
Safe riding,
AH
