i know what your saying , i nice new toy etc its just took the shine off it abit for me , pick the bike back up next week it will be sitting their all fixed like new again , just have to take it out and give it a bloody good thrashing and i will be back in love again

The good thing about it Kev, is that the 1100s has pretty much had it's problems identified, and once you get teh bike back you should have a long time without any further such events

well picked the bike back up today from mill bmw , i took the bike to them mega clean polished to bits not one bit of muck on it anywere and its come back looking like its been on the long way round its minging , ive spent four bloody very cold hours washing and cleaning my bike oh and how it looks lovely now , iam all loved up again

Had mine (12S) in for the recalls. No big deal.
i) fit the plastic cup in the yoke to stop keys dropping through
ii) reposition line on front brake (only apllies to ABS equipped bikes)
iii) oil seal on rear drive
Done in an hour
