What very nice people!

I phoned up yesterday to order a Remus Y-piece and the service was second to none. Spoke to a chap called Darren who was very knowledgeable about the S and took the time to spend about 15 mins talking me through the possible pitfalls/giving me hints and tips on the fitting of it. He's given me four stainless bolts free as well, in case the originals shear.

Will definately use them again, top quality service. :D

I concur  Darren especially is both helpful and knowledgable - does he still have his S ?
The only downside can be actually getting thru on the phone - I detest listening repeated messages about how busy firms are - PUT ANOTHER COUPLE OF PHONE LINES AND OPERATIVES ON THE SYSTEM is my usual ending comment :)

S'far as I know he's got an S, or at least he knows them inside out by the info he gave me on fitting the y-piece.

I got through instantly on the phone which could be down to luck as it's the first time I've used Motorworks, but it'll definately not be the last. :D

Darren @ Motorworks is a great guy and is genuinely interested. He looks a little bit like 'Swampy's' love-child, .... but a top-bloke. If you get through to any of the other guys/girls at Motorworks, ... they will get Darren to ring you back if it's a specific 'S' problem. Geoff
