There are a few bits of GS in there but overall I like the look (though the standard silencer looks odd). And at least it appears to have a proper rear/brake light!

it does look nice and the price appears to be competitive from the brief look I had at the ad

Not really for me I'm afraid, looks like two different bikes joined in the middle. All personal taste which is good for the industry though.
