Along the way we visited Heidelberg - home of Princess Elisabeth Stuart, Stuttgart - for the Porsche Museum, Neuschwanstein Castle a memory from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Innsbruck, Kitzbuhel, and Schloss Waldeck overlooking the Eder Dam - "Bomb's away skipper".
Red Bull have taken over the Spielberg circuit and have made it a super modern venue. It was Osterrichring, and A1 ring in the past, the new shortened circuit has some of the best facilities we have seen anywhere. Access and viewing are excellent, amongst the best. It really surprised me as to how much up and down it is, pretty steep.
We had access to Gresini hospitality as usual for the weekend, watching the Sprint race from their garage. For the Sunday event we were between turn 2a/2b chicane and turn 5 where we could see half of the lap.
At the end of the Sunday, Neil / Gav / Michael / Sylvain joined us to finish off Greisin's beer supply. It was a hoot, they were all so chatty. Jenny and Sylvain shared stories about people carriers and school runs, Sylvain's wife has seven children to deal with including her husband
