I sold my R1200S earlier in the year and been kicking myself a bit ever since.
There’s an R1100S up for sale near me with 24k miles on the clock and the last MOT (July 2018 ) had an advisory stating ‘Rear wheel bearing has slight play. Paralever/crown wheel bearings’. Should I be worried? Is this a big job to sort ?

The a paralever bearings are reasonably simple to do by someone who knows how to hold a spanner, though you will need a big socket and a breaker bar plus some heat. The back paralever bearing is adjustable so might not need replacing.
The crown / pinion bearings are not something I've done so will leave for others to comment.. Some special tools might be needed.
But at 24k, if the price is right I wouldn't be put off..

My bearing cage broke and tore the seal out, I limped home at 30km per hour, ordered the bits from Motor Works, and its done about 5k miles since I changed it all.
It may be as simple as the paralever bearings need resetting. This YouTube video is good. It mentions the specified torque on the inner bearing is wrong in the BMW manual. Should be 11.5 nM rather than the 8.5 in the manual if I remember correctly. Of course it could need more doing than that but it would be the first thing I'd check.
As Chris Harris says in the video there's a lot of torque seal on the outer side Allen bolt and the inner side locking ring so use plenty of heat before freeing off them off.
