new bike arriving soon
Following nearly not having a Norton v4, I innocently went to try a bike for size and came out with a rsv4 1100 factory, opted for delivery mid march as im rather hoping that the storms will have past by then.

Way too small for my stiffening joints - but must be a cracking bike!
Enjoy!

Well got the bike delivered end of last week (I think the shop was wondering who it belonged to), noticed that he fuel was quite low so rather than any condensation occur took it to a petrol station round the corner to make sure the tank was full!
Felt quite stiff to turn but could have been the steering damper? but what a machine, going to love this when lockdown has finished.

I think you’ll have time to remove all the fairings, polish them inside and out- and molykote all the nuts and bolts..........................
Can’t help but think the RSV4 is more adept at tracks than the road....... But I’d love one!

Still working at the moment, did have time to ceramic coat the bodywork easter weekend but not the wheels yet, the shop over lubed the chain so I need to clean the wheels.
Must confess to a slight detour on the way back to get a bit of power back in the battery before being laid up again.

Re: new bike arriving soon
Many moons ago I bought a MV F4 1000.
It was delivered and the first time I took it out it wouldn't turn at all. That would have been down to the 15 psi in the front tyre, so much for the dealer pdi!!
Maybe worth checking on the RSV?
Cheers
Ian

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
