Check Your Disc's Folks

Post by Boxadog 2000 »

Put new brake pads in last week and found they were binding and also squeaking, only managed to get around to investigating the problem today.

And the problem was

The complete washer has a break in it and the other two were all that was left and the missing two were not there at all.

Phoned South London Motorcycles (really nice people) Man says they have plenty so after a 90 mile round trip (in the car) the job is done, no more binding or squeaking.

The moral of this story is to check your brakes REGULARLY.
