headsup - Phil is now out of hospital and limping around the workshop - hasn't affected his welding ability.

First 3 available from next week - first come first served as he's on C Type chassis fabbing duties for several weeks after that.

Let me know and I'll reserve them in the order I receive them.

Sorry for the non-coms.

Serious health issue - my fault !

OK - Ramlevers back on stream !!

New coded welder installed whilst the other guy is getting back to full strength.

The good news is that his first task is to make up a batch of 5 levers.

There are at least that number of people including yourself that were chasing these - so if you want your name on one just PM me and I'll let you have details for payment etc.

Also, if you want to do it on exchange.

We have 6 old units in stock - so the first 5 will be made from stock. ALL will have the dampener bracket welded on.

Current price - £175.00 + VAT on exchange. £225.00 outright + VAT.

These are prices to forum members.

Carriage to end user - free UK mainland. Other locations please enquire. We will ship Worldwide at cost.

The units are beadblasted, visually checked and returned with a satin black finish. ALL will have the dampener bracket.

Early model RAMSTRUTs [ adjustable rear Paralever ] are available off the shelf.

1200S models under re-development.

Update,

the first of a new batch [ 10 ] will be available from 21st May - first come first served. :D

We are now using a new method to produce these, which DOES NOT involve cutting / modifying the front swivel.

They will all now come media blasted and finished in Satin Black [ unless otherwise requested ].

All RAMLEVERS will come with the mount brackets for a steering dampener, even if your exchange doesn't have them.

Kit also includes 2 new bearings 4 actually, but you know what I mean !!

The new method has allowed us to maintain the 2014 prices for the time being.

£175 [ + carriage and VAT ] on exchange

£225 [ + carriage and VAT] outright.

We will ship overseas, but that does mean exchange may not be viable due to double postage.

Complimenting RAMSTRUT available off the shelf £165 [ + carriage and VAT ].

These items dramatically improve the rideability of the bikes.

Good to hear your voice (words) @beachcomber again.

Pretty obvious answer really (if i spot the weld correctly towards rear). . . why didn't you think of that last time!

Thanx for the kind words.

Yes, talk about blinkered thinking . That's the way it's been done previously, etc.,etc.

However , we ARE development engineers / designers - so one day the light bulb switched on. The tubing is not simply welded - even though our man is a coded welder, The assembly is sleeved first before being fabbed in our jigs. And as we are saving some labour costs now - we have included the new bearings in the kit.

The RAMSTRUT [ Paralever ] is however our own design and manufactured from scratch.

I've ridden the test mule with each item singly and together. A revelation.

Headsup - only 5 of the current batch of 10 left now.

We'll be putting another batch down as soon as we get down to 2 units.

3 of the TFI chips left, 2 "Y" de-cat pipes and 5 sets of Power Leads [ 8mm Hi-Po silicone ].

Genuine query, has anyone of us on this forum tried this & can anyone provide feedback. . .

I have GS paralever, but mulling over this option as well. . . is this overkill?
