Another newbie!

Hi All,

I've been looking on the forum for a few weeks so I thought it's about time I said hello...

I'm a new 1200S owner and loving it and it's in the best colour... Yellow!

I'll post some pics up soon but I've just sent my seat away to be 'reworked' as its a little uncomfortable for me after a day's ride so I'll wait until I get it back.

Good info and a good bunch of blokes on here too (well the ones i've met up with so far on the various road runs).
As a matter if interest, where are you having your seat modded?
As I need to do the same.

Thanks SP250, I'm taking a punt in getting my seat done. I've spoken to a few people who do the job but this guy says he specialises in making Corbin style seats, he seemed to know what he was talking about but I guess I'll soon find out... Cost of around £100 which compared to a Corbin at near £400 it seems like a bargain!

Welcome aboard, looking forward to the seat review although I managed 2800 miles in 13 days to Catalunya and back via the Picos, Pyrenees and France on my 12S without a problem. (Maybe too much natural padding methinks!)
