Garmin Zumo 550 help

Hi All

I have made up a route on tourstart for my house to llangollen, fairly easy, start / end and 2 via points, I have transferred to my garmin, but when trying to import route, is coming up at either 81% or 92%, not enough memory, I have deleted all other routes and favourites, been on web for answers and suggestion was to clear archive which I have done, but still unable to open route.

Any suggestions please

As a last resort, call their helpdesk and explain the problem - they are pretty helpful

Thats the plan for Monday morning.

I have deleted all user data, shortened route an still won't work, what i can't understand is that I had a few complicated routes loaded when we went to Harz mountains and no problem.
