Took the kids to Belton yesterday (the NT house is a regular haunt of ours) as the International Horse Trials were on. I'm not really into horses that much, but saying that they are beautiful creatures - especially the eventing horses being ridden yesterday. Some rather pretty ladies too...*cough*
Anyway, there was a small but perfectly-formed classic car display which was great to see. Included were a couple of my favourite cars of all time: an Alfa Spider 1750 Boat-tail, 1972 Porsche 911T, and a Mini Cooper S (a real one).
A few pics - will add some more once I've got them onto Flickr. Mixture of digital and 35mm - a bit miffed with the film shots as our local Kodak Express processors lef the negs filthy. Spent ages doing spot-removal in LR but they're still bad as you can no doubt see.
Nicely done richard. You see, you know how to process digital properly and your digi pics look good. I can't do that and neither can a lot of other people. As can be witnessed on the likes of Flickr. Straight out of the 'digital' can just doesn't do it for me.
R1200GS TC. Triple Black
R1200S. It’s gone. Had it 11yrs. My favourite bike in 42yrs riding.
Good spot re the Renault, but sadly (or perhaps not - still a lovely little car) just a standard Renault 8. There was a very pretty Dauphine Gordini though, will dig out a photo in a bit.
