I was just wondering if anybody knows the best way or where to get last minute holiday deals as me and the missus is of work until next tooosday was going to do a 3 nighter or summatt ???

Hmmm, it's a bugger when one of the cats walks across yer keyboard isn't it? :D

In answer to the original question, hired in a lovely cottage in Cwmbach, north of St Clears for 3 nights a few years ago - cheap as chips. Yeah, it pissed down for the most part, but we had a good look around Pembrokeshire which was lovely (Milford Haven excepted :shock:)

Or, how about a few nights just over the watta in Normandy? There are a few ex-pat run guest houses around if the language/local knowledge thing is a worry. 'Course, I can almost see the watta from my place. Not so convenient if you're oop north.
