Tank Bag.

Hi All,Anyone know if you can get a Quick Lock Tank Bag with fittings for the petrol cap for a BMW R 1100 S,because of the Off set Petrol cap,really want a Tank Bag,but not a leather cover strap on affair,if you know what i mean ? Tapper54.

I have been looking at these as well.

The only problem is the tank ring is slightly offset. That said yes it is possible. You need to order the tank adaptor for the BMW 6 screw tank ring. Then just choose your bag.

I have just ordered mine, with one of the micro bags.

I have the micro bag ( well i say bag, I mean purse ) on my 12S, the bag comes with the top ring loose, so you have to drill the holes in the bag yourself, this allows you to position it where suits you best, in the case of the micro purse, there is a fore/aft range of about 3 inches, but it is a very small purse, I dont know if the larger bags also allow a choice of left/right positions which would allow you to centre the bag on the offset 1100s tank ring. Its worth asking the distie (motohaus) before you buy.
