You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Mandarin S needs mandarin wheels.
Or maybe mandarin rims/black spokes or black rims/mandarin spokes.

Naaaahh. Saw one on Pelican and with the wheels done, it's just too mandarin. Contrast mate, that's what you want.
