EBC HH. better than the factory fit pads and cheaper. Don't you run fancy AP brake calipers Chris, or is this for another S?

Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Yep, EBC HH better than standard. Standard S brakes aren't brill though whatever pad you use, especially early ones with small discs. There's a lot of bike to stop :!: Had the standard pads fade quite badly on one occasion, a pant poopin' moment. Never had the EBC pads fade, perhaps I'm not trying hard enough.

Go OE.

They're the same as EBC - but thicker and longer lasting.

Methinks they pay your lot far toooooooooooo much money if you can splash out for bits to match your bike. Must be about 6 grand, wish I had mates like you

I have EBC HH which I will be fitting.

Previously ran with standard pads and had no problems with stopping and stoppies.

Mine worked better when the pistons had a full clean out as at least one piston in each caliper was completely siezed and the rest were partially siezed with crud. Two hours of cleaning later you could push the pistions in and out like a trumpet with one thumb.

Forgive me father for I have sinned... ex S owner moved onto pastures new with four cylinders and a chain... and back to a twin, albeit in a V.
