Front Brake Pad Options
As i've never had to deal with such things!!! would someone like to go through the runners and riders regarding front brake pads rangeing from Genuine pads from a BM dealer at 33 quid a pair to EBC HH's any other offers,it's a 2000 model for what thats worth!!

Yep, EBC HH better than standard. Standard S brakes aren't brill though whatever pad you use, especially early ones with small discs. There's a lot of bike to stop
Had the standard pads fade quite badly on one occasion, a pant poopin' moment. Never had the EBC pads fade, perhaps I'm not trying hard enough.

They're the same as EBC - but thicker and longer lasting.

Paul standard brakes Me??? not likely,but that S that was on E-Bay the other week not only had to go to Poole to collect it but now have another S to maintain!!!,he's a mate i work with a non internet man!!
Give him a list of all the trick bits he needs,I find someone selling e'm in one job lot he can't afford e'm so guess whos had to cough up!!!!

Methinks they pay your lot far toooooooooooo much money if you can splash out for bits to match your bike. I have EBC HH which I will be fitting.
Previously ran with standard pads and had no problems with stopping and stoppies.
Mine worked better when the pistons had a full clean out as at least one piston in each caliper was completely siezed and the rest were partially siezed with crud. Two hours of cleaning later you could push the pistions in and out like a trumpet with one thumb.
