I still cannot believe the Fuc*wit had to ask the audience in the first place - was the American version of the show?.
There would appear to be a surfeit of prolixity and sesquipedalian content today please do not use a big word when a singularly un-loquacious and diminutive linguistic expression will satisfactorily accomplish the contemporary necessity

I don't know if it was the US version, to be honest, I don't even know if it was genuine, although I suspect it is having seen how stupid some people are.

My favourite gamshow moment is the old clip from family fortunes when the old boy answered 'Turkey' to nearly every question. If you haven't seen it before, its worth looking for on youtube.

Sadly Jim there can at times be some real numpties on the show. This one was from Wrexham

I didn't know what a sixpence was! (Tanner) The naivety of youth! Decimalisation was in the year I was born.

Steve, because we are fifties kids we have had longer on the planet to learn stuff, trouble is the "yuff" of today will still be learning things as we are struggling to remember things and dribbling :lol:
