Hi all, Many thanks to all for your response to my original question for an Exmoor ride out, I think the 2nd weekend on offer seemed most popular and on that note we contacted the hotel that hosted our 1st South West bash in Minehead The Gascony Hotel who have offered us this price list,

At the moment they have these rooms available for September Fri 21 Sat 22. 2018

10 Doubles at £85 per night B&B
3 Singles at £55 per night B&B
3 Family at £110 per night these sleep 3 people in with 2 of these available with 3 single beds ( if this is your preferred option please check when booking to avoid a head to toe embarrassment )

They can do a group meal for the Saturday night which if memory serves will accommodate up to 40 people, I will post up menu/prices nearer the time.
There is also a good sized carpark accessed from Tregonwell Rd which is in a one way system.



I have a plan for a very local run in mind which would stick almost exclusively to Exmoor, and showcase some delightful scenery, and tempting roads.
