Been out today to look at a bike and if you dont mind, i have a slightly different route in mind to what we normally do.
200 miles max as requested... brew stop morning and afternoon...

Maybe it would be helpful to suggest an easterly route as a banker if it proves to be "Moist" lakeside? The projected weather forecast favours an easterly run at the moment.
