South West Tour 28th,29th,30th Sept 2012 Hotel Details

Hello all,

Its looking like a top weekend, Have spoken to the hotel, the group dinner on Saturday night will have a choice of 3 starters 3 mains 3 desserts,[at £20 head] the hotel will be asking the residents for there choices on the Sat morning.
I'm hopeing for between 16/20 people for the dinner which the hotel can easily accomadate in there dinning room. Whats the concensus on the time to eat 7.30 ish ???

Me and Karen are planning to come to the hotel early friday to say hello to everyone, have a beer and some supper, must admit we quite fancy a curry with Steve, then back to the hotel for a bit more beer/banter before we say goodnight for the ride out on Saturday.
