woo hooo :)

As Hermann will be lazing around with his climate control ;) .... I'll do the honours on the tail end Charlie role this year, using the KGT .... just cos it's more comfy for going at a more leisurely pace than the 'Cup .... the cup maybe lots slower than the K but it goads me into naughtiness :)

With the luggage-ability of the K1200GT - perhaps Steve could fill the panniers and topbox with the following for the day-run:

*Puncture repair kit(s)
*Tyre Foam
*Air Compressor
*GS911 and laptop
*Selection of spanners and torx-headed drivers
*Bottles of Mineral Water

Being the "host" - one would hope that these facilities would be provided?

If I am ever on life support - Unplug me......
Then plug me back in..........

See if that works .....

Being the owner of an often naughty K12GT Al I pretty much have that as standard kit ;) ... although the laptop's not needed as my mobile phone connects to my GS911 :)

First aid kit too, although my fire extinguishers out of date now so I don't know if it still works so I guess I should get a new one, especially as BMW are being a bit slow with the UK's fuel pump mod that they're rolling out in the Americas

I love the naivety evident by thinking there's any human ones left :)

Woooo Hooo indeed :D having been laid low this past week by a rather nasty virus, I am now back on my feet and raring to go :D :D :D

I shall be doing my final recce of the route tomorrow and I'm really pleased with it, something for everyone, a mix of fast, sweeping, scenic and technical, with some gravel strewn surfaces thrown in for good measure :D
A lot of the route will be familiar to regulars, but I have also thrown in some roads that we have NEVER covered before on our trixter Welsh weekend. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have plotting it.
Just a reminder that this is to be a leisurely tour of all that North Wales has to offer, this is not a race, no prizes for getting there 1st. Please ride with the utmost consideration for ALL other road users, not least your fellow trixters.

looking forward to meeting up with you all in the bar on Friday evening
Steve :D
