Phil, I see from Google maps streetview that there's an Indian Restaurant just down the road. I was thinking of using it on the Friday night do you know if it's any good? Does anyone else want to do a curry on the Friday night?

The Taj Mahal, our local, very nice, Malik owns it. If you want we could book a table for Friday, it's a small place but there is 1 large table and 5 or 6 booths. Would need some idea of numbers and times

Plenty of both Dai, everything is within easy walking distance. Can you google map it? Most are now published there.

Best fish and chips is in Bampton St near the bottom, or there is always the Weatherspoons pub in Wellington Sq, cheap beer aswell.

Doubt very much if i will do the run out but will probably meet you on route for the run back to the hotel bampton looks good

Will be good to meet up with people from here i will probably be looking to leave home around mid day so my morning tablets will have time to work, get there take lunchtime tablets so i should be good for the evening,
I will have to pass on the sat evening meal [can't eat or drink nearly as much as i used to, dam pills] but i won't be far away.

If no one wants to keep me company i can understand that! so no worries there [pain can get on top of me at times so i can appear offish to people that don't know me]

Nice off you to offer Mike but you haven't met me yet so make your mind up on the day [of course we will have a beer or two]
