Not a drop of rain till we got back to Portsmouth whereupon the heavens opened. No period of unmarriedness with bike or Amanda (well almost in the case of the latter ) Fitted the bike with 4 new plugs and a new rear conti, ran with the existing front M3. Used 1.4litre 10 w 40 mineral although I suspect she was low on setting off. Big thumbs up for Spain and Portugal (inexpensive thought we) thanks to Chris (wingapedia) for his helpful suggestions and others who replied to my earlier post.
Note to self... sign up to TelePeage for next Europe run.

Looks like a cracking trip Chris. Slightly envious. That said, have had a fun day out at a local maze with the two ladies in my life, and wouldn't change a thing. Will I still be able to ride a bike when my 9 year old decides to spread her wings?

Steve, me no likee boat trips, but that aside our crossing back was "good", in fact we plan to do Spain again next year and we will do ferry both ways cos we are going right down to the bottom. Big thumbs up from us for biking in Spain; we like France but it is getting pricey.
