Oil specs for R1100S

Just to pass on info :)

BMW's official recommendation for oil for the 11S is

"SAE 15W-50, API SJ / JASO MA2, Additives (e.g. molybdenum-based) are not permissible because they can attack coated components of the engine, BMW Motorrad recommends BMW Motorrad ADVANTEC Pro oil.

Yes, but how much do you need in each tyre?

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
