Hi folks
Seems I lost the starter button from my R11S. It's somewhere on the A21 I guess! Anyway I picked up a replacement from the ever helpful Motorworks. I have a question about fitting. My near eyesight us pretty poor nowadays so I just cannot see where all the retaining screws on the handlebar switchgear are located to take it apart to fit the replacement. I can see the top one no problem but the others seem to be hidden from sight somewhere. Please could anyway point me in the right direction? Thanks for any advice. Regards
Loz

If its anything like the 12S you take out the top one, remove the cover and the second one is on a strap inside the cluster. Hidden it is!

Re: Starter button lost
That's great thanks. I did manage to get it apart. There is a small torx screw on the inside. Unscrewed that one but I still can't get full assess to the inside of the housing to enable the clip to fit on the bottom of the starter button. Another hidden screw somewhere? Damn! BMW make some of their designs over complicated!
Re: Starter button lost
I tried this a few years ago I came to the conclusion its a sealed unit, so I bought a used complete switch!
