I like that, Nigel - the small water droplets really add something too.

I can remember at the time it was just on the point of raining , I felt a few drops but didn't view the result closely until downloaded to my computer.
Continuing the theme , the humble washing line....

Nice one Steve - and one of my favourite cars too.
The quality of this one isn't great (it's a 6x4" Cibachrome scanned on our cheapo printer) but I'd really like to find somewhere who can properly scan slides as I've loads of this sort of stuff...

I can only recall ever taking one photo of which I have been proud, more for the opportunity rather than anything about the shot itself. A newly fledged sparrowhawk landed on the bench in the garden. I was able to get within 3 ft and take a picture with my wifes point and press Sony.

Herb - I'd have been chuffed to bits to get a photo like that, and also for the opportunity to get so close to something so beautiful.

Where is this Richard?
Also, I've not used them but a couple of the guys on Flickr recommend this crowd.

Where did you get that case from? I've just bought an X100s and rather like the look of that.
Nice phots by the way!
