I think the guy has just gone for off-the-shelf decals, rather than getting something bespoke.

I like the colour scheme - saw this on ebay couple of weeks ago but don't know how to post a link. It looks good in the pics but black is a very deceptive colour for swirling scratches. Many years ago I knew someone who worked as a paint sprayer and he hated black cos it was so difficult to get a good finish. When mine is polished it looks gleaming from a few paces away but up close you can see the small scratches - the bike is, however, 9 year old so I can live with that (until I decide on the Winter project colour scheme!)

Don't go much on the colour scheme but a very clean looking bike.
