Hello,
MOT day today. Thankfully dry for the first time out of the garage this year. Good ride there but roads still filthy down here in South Wales!
Passed with flying colours - knew it would but always nervous with a 15 year old motor-cycle!
Drew the usual “Don’t wear it out will you” from the tester at Lamo’s Motorcycles in Llandisilio. Just 255 added to a total of just over 13k now - still makes me smile.
Jab due in the next week or two and hoping to do a few more miles this year with my new riding buddy (My builder!).
Meanwhile here it is when clean!
Best regards,
David

Re: It’s that day again....
Had my mot yesterday, passed with flying colours, well there was an advisory on the front tyre otherwise all good. Bike hadn’t been started since last October, key in fired up first time, I was more rusty
As last year’s original mot was due in May the 12s had a bye till December 25th which I’d completely forgotten about until the reminder came through stating no mot no tax.
Did have a spot of good fortune, bike insurance time as well and last year I put K’s F8r on the road to potter about on so multi bike policy, last year pro rata price £256, renewal for both £185, no arguments from me. In fact second result re insurance. Car is due early March, renewal quote £356, but K has a runaround Mini Cooper so multi car policy needed, called renewal team £285 for both all I need now is the chancellor to do something for Ltd Company Directors and that would be my 3 things if you know what I mean
