Hibernating

Re: Hibernating
You have my sympathies Dave - don't try and do press ups at all and be prepared for odd crunches and twangs when you try lifting stuff or exercising. Too easy to dislocate the shoulder.
Did my left shoulder rotator cuff damage back in my 20's playing cricket.

Well, here we are not in a full lock down , but are restricted to our own areas , so not too bad on the whole.
I've now done everything to my supermotard , so this week, can start the long red tape ensnared business of matriculating it to Spanish plates.
Summer time will be welcomed, been unusually cold here , we've even had frost twice in the last week !!
Anyway, keep focus, keep busy, even if its just busy reading , enjoy the enforced containment .
Oh, and I've also become an official OAP, so now we wait for my money .....
So many friends who've recently signed up , say they've not yet received any pension money , in the last 6 months .
Apparently covid has caused the Dept of welfare to ignore new pensioners, as they are short staffed and work from home !!

I'm staring at 4 walls for 5th straight week after breaking my foot in a fall
was trying to repair a leaky conservatory roof when I fell from the garage roof,
I'm convinced somebody turned up the gravity deliberately!

Sorry to say Steve but a gentleman of your “standing” shouldn’t really be on any roof

Indeed, and I fear I may have banged my head in the fall as well, I seem to have a sudden liking for cruiser type bikes

Re: Hibernating
Get well soon Steve. It could have been worse. Remember Rod Hull?
If you fancy a cruiser, go and try a cruiser. At least you can ride it with your foot up. If that doesn't bring you back to your senses, then get one.
All the best,
Paul

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
