As many may have seen elsewhere there seems I'm having issues at my new employer.
It all feels very familiar from February this year
At present there's a distinct lack of information to us however, slightly bouyed up by some prospective buyers on site this morning from a company that's well known that maybe interested. Can't say more at this rate but fingers crossed!

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Fraid so Steve, Completely Motorcycles down the pan. I trust this was Triumph Chester? Lot of disgruntled bikers out there. Signs were there, No credit card payments, Hefty down payments even for test rides. Sad state of affairs but as i have said before motorcycling is growing old and there is not young blood coming in for lots of reasons. Less expensive imports, lighter bikes, tighter margins and an aging user group who develop a hernia looking at a GS or Harley
Fiat Panda.
Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)
started out with nothing, still have most of it left.

Just seen on a RS owners group page that Roy Pidcock BMW have gone into liquidation. Not been able to confirm it yet, but that's the story.

We were in Long Eaton this week, the bike shops' shutters were down and the chuck wagon was absent from the car park.

Indeed, well done Steve and I hope it goes ok.
My local independent mechanic reckons that round here (Warwick / Leamington) the number of 'proper' bike shops has gone from half a dozen to two or so over the last 5 years. Lord knows how it's going to play out with Reeves running the economy. Meanwhile if you're in the market for a Harley buy before Trump gets in on 20 Jan; and if youre in the US, upgrade that Beemer by the same cutoff! J
