Motorcycle Art Work

Postby exoticices » Tue Nov 19, 2013 11:43 am

For anyone with an interest in artwork, my wife has added some road racing paintings to her website:
http://www.xmgart.co.uk/a1-gallery2.asp?roomID=6180

She has also done a painting of my R1200S, "somewhere in Wales":
http://www.xmgart.co.uk/a1-gallery3.asp ... reID=54267
She can take commissions of your own bike/rider.

She also does child & adult portraits:

In all cases, she can work from good quality photos and the prices are very reasonable.

PM or use the email on the website for further information.

Some good stuff there. Obviously a talented lady, your missus. Especially like the engine close ups. Hmmmm. Now look what you've done [shakes piggy bank]

She doesn't actually enjoy doing the engine close-ups very much! Too much "fiddly" detail - she prefers looser brush work. But she enjoys capturing the effects and shapes of the different metals - this doesn't really show up too well in the photos unfortunately. The engines are based on my own photos from VMCC runs or museums like NMM or Sammy Miller.
