How many bikes?

Postby Austen » Wed Jul 04, 2012 4:58 pm

Al hello,

Any friend of Alexandr ..........

Two bikes in need of Rocket Sprockets: a 53 plate R1100S in Grey/Mandarin and a Blue/Grey 57 plate R1200RT.

It will be interesting to see the difference the sprockets make - they certainly come well recommended.

Hopefully I can find time to fit one set to the RT before I push off to France at the start of August.

Best regards, Austen

Ah-ha! my curiousity has been satisfied :D

Just a thought - neither of my single shipments of sprocketmabobs have attracted the attention of HMRC - but a "double shipment" with correctly-declared value - MAY?

Al :)

HMRC

Al hi,

That's an interesting thought. If Lennie hasn't sent them yet it may be better to pay a second lot of postage and have the shipments separated by a week.

I'll drop him a line.

Many thanks,

Austen

Rocket Sprocket received

Postby Austen » Wed Jul 11, 2012 2:54 pm

Lennie,

Sprockets received today, Wednesday 11 July, without attrating the attentions of HM Revenue and Customs. Hurray!

Many thanks for the excellent service - much appreciated.

If it ever stops raining I'll try to fit one set to the R1200RT at the weekend.

Best regards,

Austen

All seconds are sold.

I still have new sets at $220.00 Australian and that includes international registered mail to your door.

The savings in fuel will pay for the sprockets in fairly quick order and the extra fun is worth the cost. 8)

Buy them

Nothing but good to say about them well worth fitting them [just dont do it when tired, in pain, and sunburned]

Read about my disaster elsewhere all my own fault

After test ride i can say they do what it says on the tin

Praise indeed from me

Cheers all Dai
