Not realy a trade add but it won't get lost as quickly here

As some of you know an old mate of mine has written a book and has a few copies left 188 pages 175 pictures in the book he mainly rode the coast roads with a few journeys inland

He is not a professional writer just an old man with a love of bikes and the countryside he did this ride on his own stopping to take a few pics along the way. A few hotels and bars are mentioned so you will find it usefull if planning a holiday or just a ride out.

A second book was going to be written this year but 1100 miles into the journey he went down with phneumonia[spelling i was never going to get that right was i ! ] so the trip was canceled and the book put on hold

The book is well worth the asking price of £5.99 plus P&P which i believe is about £1.50
