Was taking it easy as I had a tummy full of seafood having had lunch at the excellent Kishorn Seafood bar at loch carron

Bloody hell Steve, don’t think I could ride the 12s after eating that lot, but really yummy, we had there sea food plater the last time we stayed at Lochcarron, it was in the Covid period so we had it in a takeaway, lovely but didn’t have the same visual appeal as yours. I’d assume you’ll be tasting the whiskey assortment at the Applecross Inn

Looks delightful Steve, but with my fish allergy, it would probably finish me off. I hope you didn't let them fob you off with whiskey after that when they probably have a bottle or eleventy-two of whisky around which would be much more in keeping with the location.
