It was a chilly day out today !

Took a ride to Reading for lunch .

I was dressed ok fortunately ....

Saw several other hardy souls out today too !

Tomorrow head off to the Steel Horse cafe , maybe with my son on the back for a brunch .

So the Dengie100MCC (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Dengie-1 ... 6529170462) managed a small ride out on Sunday 18th December (3 member and 90 miles) and another of Monday 2nd January (3 member and 80 miles) - Apparently we don't have a "season" as there is always someone who wants to go out.

Coincidentally both these rides ended up at airfields where we have found in both cases really good food and coffee. Stapleford Abbotts and Andrews Field. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAF_Andrews_Field - Stansted Airport (once USAAF Takley) is only a few miles away to the west.

That's all for now except to say Happy New Year to all members of Boxertrix
There would appear to be a surfeit of prolixity and sesquipedalian content today please do not use a big word when a singularly un-loquacious and diminutive linguistic expression will satisfactorily accomplish the contemporary necessity
