Chris (Boxerscott) and I nipped down to York yesterday - to help ease him in to the "cruising scene"....
Set off from Jedburgh in the sunshine........
Some nice bikes at the Triumph shop in York.
Roasting hot in York , and headed back via Seaways cafe.
Got to Carters Bar and the heavens opened - Don't think Chris was so happy with the Pirelli Super Corsas on the 848 in the rain..............
Anyway - a good day out on a lot of roads I had never been on before.
Washed the bike this morning.

Good day out Al, Hockney esque imaginations of the beautiful Wold colours yesterday. Vivid imaginations of some of the ladies teetering around the York inner ring rd (Race day) OMG.
So much so I stalled my bloody bike in front of the Railway Hotel!
The Moor top run from Hutton le Hole to Blakey ridge atop Commondale,Westerdale and Rosedale. Very little traffic too.
Yorkshire at its best. nearly as good as the Borders
My aches have aches today. Epic.
Really peeved I failed to sort out my camera mount as it was a rare fantastic afternoon.
My new Family is Triumph. The America looks so nice behind that sports thingy in front of it.

Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)
started out with nothing, still have most of it left.

As do I.........................
I'm getting worried about him - he's started using terms like "brand family" and "Cruising Experience"...........
Saw him steal a second glance at a bloke with lace-sided leather jeans too....
I best remind him that "Thunder In The Glens" is on next weekend in Aviemore
