I took the R1200S out yesterday for its first sunny weather run of the year. It went really well, much better than the rider. You forget just how good a sports road bike these things are.
I have stiffened up the suspension to help get rid of that awful 'see-saw' effect you get on standard settings. A full system (no cat) and one of those magic booster plugs has sharpened up the power delivery and also minimised the effect of the ridiculous stepped throttle. The bike feels and sounds like a 'proper' sports bike now.
