BCR owner.

Postby BigAl » Thu Jan 12, 2017 10:22 pm

Hi,

First post on this forum. Own two Boxers. 1) 2002 Boxercup which is my 'keeper'. Had it since 2007, toured Europe on it, but now intend to keep it, for high days and holidays. Just makes me smile every time I look at it. 2) also ride a 2007 R1200GSA which is my all year work horse and taken over the touring duties.

Scanning through the posts it is good to see know there is a wealth of knowledge within this boxer community.

I have been on a couple of R1100s / Boxercup facebook related pages for a while and done a couple of youtube videos of my bike.

Feel free to take a look.

Cheers for the comment, yes riding it fills the senses. The Banging and popping on the overrun, just fill's me with joy! I did at one point use a higher grade of unleaded fuel 97. The bike ran smoother, but lost the over run popping! so reverted back to the 95. :D
