South Wales Newbie
Having got together a nice budget for a new bike I'm having a dilemma in deciding whether to get an S4R Ducati, I've always had Ducatis, or a R1200S.
Popped over to Gloucester at the weekend to see what £5.5k gets me in a dealer and can only say I was very disappointed.
Rusty nuts, fuzzy casings, scratches, fading and miles are not what I was expecting.
I've trawled MCN, Ebay, autotrader etc but haven't found any private sales other than the weird one with the pin-stripes...
This week I'm going south to see a few down there but any feelers for a good private deal would be nice?
Black would be nice as would luggage, sports pack, low mileage - the usual I guess!
Cheers and hello!

Is it just persuasion or is glue more reliable?
No glue or persuasion required, but an F800r is a good alternative
My nearest & dearest
Of course if your missus drank the flaggon of Cider only a rope to tie her to you would be required
