I had never seen a bike quite like the Dresda Turbo before. Quick google brings up an interesting magazine article. Seems to be a one of with an XJ550 turbo engine?

Did you build it yourself, have it built, acquire it? I'd love to know more. Better still, I'd love to see it. I can provide photo id, references, CRB check as required. haha.

I am in my early 40s and love interesting (to myself) bikes.

The Vmax has been modified by myself, 17" wheel conversion, improved braking, improved suspension

I acquired the Dresda in 2000 and done only little miles with her.
She has been fully built by Dresda as a show bike in the 80s. she comes with shall we say an interesting fairing but got turned into what she is now late 90s. Yes it is a 550XJ Yam with a turbo
I am currently looking into swapping CV carb for a slide carb as the back pressure/vaccum created by the turbo keep rev high even with throttle shut ??!! can dig out some more pictures and can arrange meet up when she runs ...hopefully later on this year.
