R1200RT LE Dynamic

Postby slparry » Sun Apr 14, 2019 5:58 pm

Well..... I got down in the dumps during my recent pneumonia poorliness …. and sold my RT. A few days later I thought what the hell have you done and decided to search for another.... having recently had some awesome results with PPI claims aiding the search.

Found another R1200RT LE the same colour as my previous one but a year newer, only 4000 miles, with dynamic pack, audio, keyless ignition and the horrendously expensive BMW 49l central locking topcase with hi level brake light and carpeting (!!!) from a none BMW dealer for a stunning price, deal done and the K in PX … so sad to see it go after 12 years.

They delivered at 6am !!! …. I've not been on a bike since October, took her out for a spin to be swirled with snow …. .grrrr

Will put a BMW warranty on it via work … happy :D

pictures, pictures, we need pictures.
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Very nice. You could sell your house and move into that top box!

All the best,

Paul

I think Steve is slowing down at last (must be his age) now that he p/xed 160bhp for 120bhp!

Ah yes, the older I get, the faster I was and the rose tinted hue gets ever deeper in tone.

Just thought I'd get a bit poetic as befits me age, just to keep you company Steve.
