PGP 565 sounds familiar for some reason, I'll give the archivist and email to see if he has anymore ideas :)

I've no idea who it is or if it still exists.....but I can tell you it was taken between Windy corner and Keppell gate on the mountain section of the TT course. :D

Last heard of location was Italy in 1998, thats all I have been able to find :)
