Bling Bling! Boxerlass's S

Postby Boxerlass » Tue Nov 02, 2004 3:56 pm

Hi
Here is a photo of my S - probably not to everyone's taste, but hey, I like it!

I'm pretty thick skinned so bring on the comments!

Well I like the colour, who put all the other gold bits on it? It is a pity that the whole engine was not black (save time cleaning it) think it would look wicked that way.

Next best colour to my BCR.

Hi Andrew
We (me and my Hubby, Tony) added the gold bits. It is amazing how well the gold goes with the mandarin (if you like that sort of thing of course). We had the belly pan done as well, ordered it from Motorworks, courtesy of Boxer Design, and had the decals made up.
TBH I favoured a grey belly pan but Tony got his own way with a mandarin pan - I think it looks good though.
Thanks for the comments. :)

Very nice - especially the yellow wheels.
Still a close second to all black as the best colour for an S

... And some boxertrix stickers
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Errr, why do you have a choice of number plates in your garage?

Is this a performance upgrade I may have overlooked!

Mick,

I have a spare set you can have, since they're too bling for Gromit.

Cheers,

Paul

Er, if Mick isnt interested, we would be (having slightly marked the brand new bar ends when I dropped it ) Let us know will you?

The number plates in the garage are proper to the bikes, if you see B10 TPY or B11 TPY it is us!!

OK, I'll check them tonight to make sure they have no 'filtering scars'. I'll probably be up in Darwen at my Mother-in-law's in early December, so I could arrange to meet up and hand them over if you're still interested in them by then.

Cheers,

Paul
